Principal's Message

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL FOR A GREAT START TO THE 1998-99 SCHOOL YEAR! We conducted a very successful Open House on September 15, with hundreds of parents, relatives, friends, and students visiting the classrooms. All of our students are settling in and working hard for their new teachers.  Our Junior High Girl's Basketball Team has started out the season with four straight wins and look forward to winning the county championship again.  GOOD LUCK LADY PANTHERS!

Warren Local Schools has enjoyed a smooth start due in part to the fine leadership shown by our new Superintendent, Bob Grueser.  He is taking a pro-active part in our day to day operations while allowing us the opportunity to provide the best possible education for our students.

The PTA has been very active at this time.  It has been a very hot fall in Southeastern Ohio so far with temperatures in the high 80's and low 90's.  Our newly air conditioned library is a popular place for students and staff.  (I wonder why?)

We are looking forward to adding more computers in our classrooms this month.   Technology is a priority at Warren Elementary and we strive to offer the latest available as fast as humanly and financially possible.
